Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them within 180 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax.

(NOTE: Specific limited guarantees apply to designated products.) This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to Partner Store purchases or IBO purchases for stock, inventory, or product kits.


Warranties


Amway Global warrants the merchandise it sells for a period of 180 days from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift. If any of its products should prove defective during the 180-day period, Amway Global will, at its option, repair, replace, or issue a refund for such product. This warranty, which does not cover damage to a product resulting from accident or misuse, provides specific legal rights. Other rights that vary from state to state may be available. Because inventory is constantly being replenished with new stock, it is possible that a similar product of equal or higher value may be substituted at no additional cost.

Some products sold through Amway Global or its Partner Stores, such as electronics and computers, are subject to specific warranties from the Partner Store or product manufacturer. You may request a copy of the warranty prior to ordering. Warranty claims for Partner Store purchases should be directed to the Partner Store.
