About the 4-3-2-1 Body Training System


Ten minutes a day, six days a week. That’s all you need to get started on the road to fitness with the Trim Body System. The 4-3-2-1 Body Training System is a mini-fitness program included in the Trim Body System Kit that takes the daily behaviors of moving, toning, strengthening, and stretching and turns them into habits that lead to a healthy body. Because once your body is accustomed to daily activity, not only will you expect it and master it, you’ll insist on it!

The 4-3-2-1 is:
  • four minutes of cardiovascular activity,
  • three minutes of upper- and lower-body resistance training,
  • two minutes of strengthening abdominal, hip, and back muscles,
  • one minute of stretching to restore resting heart rate.

ONE LITTLE RULE: No resting between the exercises! Just give it all you’ve got for the full 10 minutes!
